Please note that all prices listed on our site are in Australian dollars and may include GST. 

All small goods purchased via our online store will be delivered via Australia Post. I aim to have a same day turnaround on orders however, please allow 24 hours for your order to be processed. Orders placed on a public holiday or the weekend will be shipped the next business day.

Once the order has left our premises it is deemed to be delivered.

Postage in Australia

Please note that Australia Post has advised that there are significant delays in the delivery of all mail.

Postage anywhere in Australia usually takes between 1 – 14 days to arrive. Note: Deliveries are an estimate and vary depending on where you live.

General Australia Post deliveries are not registered, trackable, or insured. We are not responsible for any errors made by the postal services. 

Up to $15.00 is $5.00 

Up to $50.00 is  $12.45 

Up to $100.00 is $18.94

Over $100.00 free postage

Postage Overseas

Yes, I ship Internationally. 

Small satchel (22cm x 35.3cm) up to 500g is $18.20

Medium satchel (26.5cm x 28cm) up to 1kg is $24.00

Large satchel (31cm x 40 cm) up to 2kg is $35.60

Box (22.5cm x 31cm x 10.2cm) up to 5kg is $55.70

NOTE: If you live in a country that is not listed at checkout, please contact me on nellsbellesdesigns@bigpond.com and I will arrange for your order to be shipped to you.

CUSTOMS: Any in-country customs/taxes or duties incurred are the responsibility of the customer. All prices are in AUD and we are not responsible for any exchange rate differences. We cannot control whether a package is delayed and/or charged duties and taxes by the customs office in any international country. 

Whilst all care is taken in packaging your goods, Nellsbelles Designs will not be responsible for any goods received damaged. It is the customers responsibility to contact Australia Post and make a claim.
